This is the other dragon tail commission I'd forgotten to post here. Shiny blue anodized aluminum scales over black, in a pattern based on a diamondback rattlesnake. Underbelly is silvery aluminum. It's also got a full line of spikes down the spine.
I liked this pattern a whole lot. Enough that I added it as a standard pattern option available for commissions.
