Hey, haven't done one of these in a while (cause I'm a lazy-arse)!
Jimo Kallohrado came to the PCA with his freshman moveset all but mastered, since they just came naturally and were part of everyday living back home. He spent the majority of that year refining them for use in a battling format.
Sophomore year was when he decided to learn as many moves as he could that made the most of his element, and this included Rain Dance to make them more effective. Learning this move led to something that completely surprised him: he hadn't known about his Swift Swim ability until then, and was shocked to find out that when he made it rain, it allowed him to move at speeds that very few could keep up with!
Realizing this gave him a great advantage both offensively and defensively, his junior year was devoted to making the most of his newfound speed. But even after he was able to swim fast enough to stir up a whirlpool or shoot right up a waterfall, he still realized that there were areas he needed improvement in.
Thus Jimo's senior year has been spent working on two key areas: improving his defensive abilities, which has always been something he's struggled with, and learning two high-powered non-Water moves to counter those that are restant to Water-type attacks. Since he's taking on these challenges just as ambitiously as the way he has all the others, he's not likely to fall short.
With all of his training and potential though, Jimo still has one weakness that can be easily exploited: he's just too darn nice of a guy, and isn't as aggressive as he probably should be. As he doesn't fight simply to win but rather to improve, an opponent looking to take advantage of his lackluster defenses could blindside him with a strong attack and leave him thrown off-balance for almost the entire match if they kept the pressure on him.
