On the left is the Zack head I made back in 2007. He was made from cardboard and paper mache. Surprisingly, old Zack has a movable jaw which is a separate piece.

Over on the right is 2016! With design ques from OneFurAll. It does have a few problems, such as a heating issue and a little more finishing touches. Overall, it's still miles ahead of the old head.
