So I just finished these for a customer, and I can't wait to release all of the models I have prepped :D
These are magnetic fursuit earrings (gauges, plugs, whatever you call them) designed so that anyone can add fun accessories to their fursuit without making any permanent modifications ^_^
When they go on sale, I'll have them available in assorted sizes, colors, and shapes :D The powerful neodymium magnet is embedded in the earring so it just looks like regular plugs :D

Aw I'm super sorry to hear that, dude :< A friend of mine in design class had an XYZ that burned out on him too. We had to rewire the whole thing just to get it running again. Also, it doesn't help that it uses proprietary spools and software to work, so you can't really tweak it.
I had a similar experience with one of my first ever printers where the board was faulty.
If you're looking for an ease of use printer, I'd recommend something like a Flashforge or a Printrbot :o

One that I use at work is a Robo3D R1 :3
It's pretty good and I think those run at $700. Probably the cheapest I'd go as far as a printer.
I've found that most of them under that price range are cheap and unreliable D:
My biggest printer is 12x12x12inch build volume so I totes want to make some fursuit bases XD
I hope your future printing endeavors go better :o
