This looks pretty good! As a few pointers, I'd remember arms get extended and try to get ready for a catch naturally (or at the most, they just extend outward like WHOA!). That being said, this character's right arm should be coming outward just a little more, being the slightest bit bigger to add some Forced Perspective into it! And if someone is falling, the toe/part of the foot that's still in contact with the floor should be bent at a steeper angle, to show their tipping over!

ive NEVER done falling forward like art so i was going with self defense falling like arm curled in and one kinda out :D and those are GREAT points! if i do a falling angle like this again or if she doesnt like it i will for sure redo and keep those pointers for sure in mind! i like constructive criticism <3
