General concept of this character inspired by Jack the ripper, but I had to go ahead and draw it out. He will be used for rp purposes with a friend of mine, as part of a circus group of sorts, and of course, knife throwing is his thing, carrying stabbys everywhere he goes. He likes his sharp things. :D
