Most DSLR's have them. I'm using a Nikon D80 and it comes with the little hand held IR remote.
You need a "Bridge" camera (like a coolpix P80) or higher to get remote capabilities as I don't offhand know of any small digi cams that have the ability. Pretty much you have to get a expensive yet well worth it camera.
