One of Allan's Moves. It's a counter as you can tell from the flash example. Depending on the kick button you select, it can go from low attack, mid attack, and high attack. Think like How Dudley from Street Fighter 3 Has that Infamous "Cross Counter" move, doubling the damage dealt back to the opponent. It can't block Super moves however, so know your timing well.

It is performed Qcb (Quarter Circle Back)+ Kick.
