Magic Fairy Balloons
A little tribute to something special. It's a game that has particular nostalgia value to me. In addition It's actually the first inflation I ever saw, eventually getting me into it. I doubt any inflationists share this moment as their first, but I was never one to settle for the popular and well known.
It was an SNES game called Young Merlin featuring many magic items crafted from a fairy pond, including this special balloon. Granted, this isn't a perfect recreation of how it plays out in game, but I wanted to show how I think it works. Basically, the balloon deflates as the magic is transferred to the holder allowing him or her to float to new heights and solve puzzles, then transfers back to the balloon after some time.
So go ahead and thank Westwood Studio (developer) and Virgin Games (Publisher) for the fact that you get to view my pretty artwork.
