does the name sound Hawaiian?

It sounds a little similar, since it's a long word which alternates between consonants and vowels. It's not really the same, though. To my knowledge hawaiian words do not include the letter R, and probably some other differences I'm not aware of.

Personally speaking, I was reminded more of Falayalaralfali, the name of a planet from Star Control II, tucked away in a pocket universe inside a difficult-to-reach alternate dimension and home to a bunch of reality-hopping bastards.
