A "tooka" is small cat-like creature which is a common household pet in the Star Wars universe. And like any pet, it can be either nice and cute, or downright vicious depending on how well you raise it. The tooka is so common that the plush version of it (as seen in the creature's mouth) is as umbiquous as the teddy bear is on Earth.

The "nose-art" seen here is of one of these creatures, along with his plush counterpart, which could have been found adorning the side of Galactic Republic, Rebel Alliance/Resistance spacecraft, or any of the galaxy's innumerable bounty hunter, smuggler-pirate, or miscelaneous freebooter from any time period.

Imperial/First Order regulations strictly prohibit any sort of unauthorized decoration.
