He was worshiped, without any need for his normal methods or forces, people... held him in awe.. and for the most shocking part ASKED to be eaten by him, he hadn't even broached the subject, but the worshipful ones were noticing his ability to swallow the prepared feasts . It soon led to a sacrament... sorta like last rights for a religion.. Gallows just assumed the “Horrible” people would have armies attacking them eventually because of the wrongness of what was done.. Little did Gallows expect to get invtied personally to other villages once he had devoured the group he was in.. It was fattening, he couldn't help it, he couldn't really eat them fast enough.... it was a one otter devouring.... and when you got right down to it, death by otter was far better than any other sorta death. The ceremonial bathing and anointing was quite appropriate and arousing.. but when he was getting to fat to move on the pillgrimates to “Mount Otter” really made gallows wonder if this was the most insidious trap of all
