either, comparable to a rectange, with big black laced leather gloves or as bands just covering the lower arms without hands, simply repeating the look of the shoes so that arms and legs have the same amount and kind of decoration,

or comparable to a pyramid, simply with a black necktie increasing the contrast in the middle and this way distracting from the un-decorated sleeves,

Both together would work as well.
