This damn character has been floating around in my head for almost a month now, and I'm only now uploading him. He's quite the fabulous tiger if you catch my drift. He's also an explosives technician from Duma's version of Earth. He, along with Mitz and Claus, are out to 'take care' of Duma. But this guy's hopelessly gay for Duma. It makes him sad, but he goes about his work anyway. BTW-His name is Vladimir. Can you take a guess where he, Mitz and Claus are from? XD
