A quick posting before I have to head out the door and head for work -- because I can't wait until I get home to do so. I've been working on for a long time. I believe there may be another version in the Scraps. As for what this scaly guy is doing, he's motioning you with one hand to come closer, nonchalantly challenging you, while he begins to cast a spell with the other hand.
For this image, I will try to color it without inking it first on paper. It probably will take a long time and may be rather tedious, depending on how I can get used to new coloring techniques. We'll see how this ends.

The appendages that are extending out of his head and body would be called Fans, which are similiar to that of a Cobra. Though I'm not 100% sure in this, I just heard it was called that on National Geographic, Naga' might have a different way of saying it.
Anyways, a great piece of art, really impressed and if there was any Naga I'd want to fight for me, I'd want him to be at my back, but I certainly wouldn't want him to be my opponent!
