Took this shot ages ago, back when I first started exploring 'wild' muddy places. Over the other side of the spit is a sea of tidal muck hidden from view where I first played in the wild with friends, and encountered my first bout of deep mud. Up to my HIPS! in soft oozing tidal muck. Likely could be deeper too, never did get the chance to get back down this way.
