experimental vent painting
okay so-- i was super super super hesitant with posting this. i still am.
i've been suffering from depression and art block recently so everything is a mess and in a rut.
i didn't really want to post because i don't want comments telling me how awful of a being i am for not working/showing more progress on paid stuff. it's hard to. REALLY hard when you literally try to force it off and it won't work.
To be honest, I've been suffering since the 1st this month so it's not a sudden spike either.
anyway. this is an experimental vent piece. it's a mix of the painting and sketch styles i do.
it's my sona. and my old way of doing eyes. i miss the big thick eyes with the extremely ott expressions.
i am no looking for any criticism. i'm far too down for it even as jokes. so please do not. I'll just remove the comments other wise.
i just want to know if you guys think i should keep trying with this style more?
it's ventish and a slight drop back on the more realistic body portions and such. but do you guys like it?
even if it's messy, rough and not such? would you guys enjoy more of this stuff?
(please note i am working on your stuff. it's super hard right now. i'm thinking of a possible break in commissions for a small while in the future. even though it's my only income. it's almost too much to handle with how my life is right now. It's NOT quite there yet. but with my prices as they are, I have to take more pieces on.)
