I went around artists alley at Midwest Furfest 2008 and came across Pegasus316 and commissioned Cicero "in swat gear". So far, this is my favorite of the Cicero artwork... I think it's the human stature that I like... or maybe how absurdly small that gun looks in his hands. I love the flak vest.
