As for the characters, I think a skeletal Sawk and Throh for Papyrus and Sans, an Audino for Toriel, a Pyroar for Asgore, and maybe the Ph.D Pikachu for...... I forgot her name. Cute dino otaku.

Sawk and Throh are a really interesting pick for that duo. I never woukd've thought of that!
I also think Monster Kid would be either Scraggy or Wooper, depending on if you go more for the looks or the no-arms thing,
