At first I didn't really know what this little guy was. I made him out to be some sort of alien but then I settled on a Infested mutant chicken.

-He has one large eye and a hole in his beak/head for his eye to poke out.
-He has a stretchy tongue that he uses to either eat things that are larger then him (like a snake) or use it to clean his eye.
-He also has a fungus that grows off of the back of his head that releases spores to spread the infection more.
-His Iris also changes shape and size to show emotions.
