Why would you want a M6 Cabrio, it's paying more for less speed no CF roof. I like my cars to be hard tops.

Yes but it's will flex and shake more. Especially when the top is down, it wont feel as poised. And if you keep the top up (for reasons other then living in Britain where there is no sun) then whats the point of paying more.

im not living in UK i live in spain :P i know its more heavier and need more harder torsion but its really nice to feel the wind and i would never go up to 120-150kph with a cabrio of course...but still

I was making a joke at the Uk's expense. I agree that its fun to have the wind in your hair but most all of the time I like the coupe better, to me they look better almost all the time. The one exception is the Fiat Dino which I love the spider version.

That would be a Shelby Daytona. They made 6 in 1964-1965 for racing. They are really rare and expensive. 5 were made in Italy and one in the US. The one build in the US was lost until a few years ago with the owner burned herself alive (along with her rabbits) and then people fought over the $4,000,000 Shelby.
So to answer your question it would be a faster, rarer, more expensive race car.
