Faenyr was found while she was still in an egg. Mana had stumbled upon the egg while traveling. While they did try to return the egg, there was no nest to be found. Sensing a strong magical energy coming from the egg, they decided to keep it.

When the egg hatched (thanks to Z's help), Faenyr immediately imprinted on Mana. She is able to telepathically communicate with Mana and send off vivid images of their surroundings, something Mana's magic sight can't see. Faenyr makes sure Mana doesn't stray too far away, but these two are quite the sight to see.

Thanks to Faenyr, Mana is able to see and explore more than what they could before meeting Faenyr.
