. To describe him, he's tough, with a background in both weight training and martial arts, but is also a connoisseur of sorts. Loves drinks of all kinds, has a high tolerance for alcohol, and loves a good meal out (or in, with me).

Think of the personality as a mixture of the name: Rollins for Henry Rollins, Bourdain for Anthony Bourdain. Now that's a mix!
