My second fanart for the "Dr. Strangelove" fandom, but done in my usual mouse style (would that be "Dr. StrangeMaus", then? XD ). In this picture, RAF Group Captain Lionel Mousedrake--er, Mandrake--attempts to make a call to the US President, but the ever-so-suspicious army colonel "Rat"--I mean, "Bat" Guano warns him not to try any "preversions", or else...
