FC '16 #55: Jei, Chatah, & Elecami

For 1, I know quite well-Jei as he is a SF Bay Area Fur, I somehow know Chatah in the center via him, and he is a very close acquaintance to Jei as it is not just that he lives in Sacramento, believe it or not if you have not seen him beofre, Chatah is a cheetah too despite of the color he has!
They were talking it up here, with another fur that I took a little while earlier, and I still do not know his name. Now that I have a better photo of this blue wolf I finally know who he is- than k you
