No, Timberwoof, we are not in 2013-the theme this year was not "The Furbidden Planet"! (It was the "Classic American Diner" this year.) It could be that he has went from 2013 and went faster than the speed of light to skip a few years...
Seeing him again was a fine treat for me as he is fullsuit, but can wear clothes now. Unilke last year where we do see his belly fur: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/17256916/ , we can see soon him dressed up in a special occasion while fursuiting! Let's see what he will be next year as the theme is about any country's cultural clothing-it celebrates travel: FC '17- "Going Places!"
