Well the idea came up that if NIcole had a physical form she would look like Sally. I thought about that and say Yeah, but probably for the fact that Nicole's body would be constructed from an old Robotnik Sally-bot originally used to infiltrate the freedom fighters and destroy them from within. I also thought the body woud have to be hevily modified cause Nicole is way too sofisticated or the fact that sally-bots tend to get blown up so I decided Nicole's new form would kinda look like a cross between Sally and Cyborg from Teen Titans. Um the stripe in the hair was just for fun...
