Being a largely space-faring force, the Red Hat Brigade often finds a great need for rapid deployment of heavy firepower, suited for any variety of terrain from craggy mountains to rubble-strewn cities. When artillery platforms cannot be installed, Lady Redcoat authorizes the use of massed sentinels, each armed with an appropriate weapon for the field and a pilot well-versed in the use of his vehicle's combat blade. These legions stride in herds far larger than the Astra Militarum tends to use, using their mobility to act as a moving weapons platform and to seek dense terrain for cover.

Been a while since I've loaded pics of models...
So in the Horus Heresy Militia, you can field Sentinels in squads of up to 6! I know they're flimsy, but they're five points cheaper than their AM counterpart, and for those five points you can upgrade to a missile launcher. Very much the sort of unit opponents hate to waste firepower on, but simply cannot be ignored.
