Mono(chrome) is an OC of mine that is a pikachu/shifter hybrid, she was made in a lab that no one really knows much about nor about the research done within the facility. Without giving away too much about her before posting her reference sheet she's known to have quite a temper and the fighting ability to back that up. Mono isn't the friendliest individual but theres part of her (more like half -you'll understand soon-) that likes the branch out to people.
