Well, Charla already learned Millie the word when Rene and the Miltank first met, call this continuing the job x3
I said I'd try doodling Candace, Rene's newly adopted Cyndaquil sister, and this is just a lil practise, not used to baby shaped things in drawing :o
Izzy's probably the youngest character I've drawn so far, and yeah, it shows in this one, not to mention proportions and things have been shoved out of whack XD
But yes, ignore that, and bask in the glory and cuteness of Candace 'Candy' Kitsunegari!
