i finally did it, my very first soft mount complete, ill make a collage of her later. she's by no means perfect, she could never pass as a live squirrel, i see all her flaws and i learned a lot, she's super skinny (not really much i could do about that on this squirrel) her face is asymmetric, her nose is wonky, her ears are a bit wonky too, her whiskers are all over the place and the fur on her nose doesn't lay flat, but her paws are perfect! except one missing claw, and i should have used glass eyes, but i will on my next mount! he's a sable blue chinchilla rabbit that was such a bully and got his butt handed to him in life XD his ears are mangled (which should turn out very interesting :3 ) and he's got healing bite wounds on his back, im thinking of naming him mangle, hopefully he turns out great and and i can move onto my foxes (my cross is going to be so lovely <3 ) but, if he doesn't turn out great I'll probably do a skunk, i want to get good on small animals so my foxes can be beautiful
