This is my first mount but I have done extensive research and used all taxidermy grade materials so its not a slapped together mount. This is still a wip. He hasn't been brushed out, the pins are still in and he hasn't been painted. The front legs are plushed and the back legs are ready to be sewn up once his face is dried. He is a beautiful grey and black coyote, with a really dark mask on his face and very red legs and muzzle. His legs are also a really nice orange. 57" Coyote from Nose to Tail Tip! Pretty proud of my first mount!

The eyes have a great neutral expression, though I'm hoping his flews are planned to be brought up a little bit as it dries. Right now it looks like they're hanging down much further than the rest of the lip. Is that intentional?
Also, the inside of the ears - are those cards holding it up, or are his inner ears really that bare? o.o

O.O Wow. They must not have survived the tanning process very well then. Sometimes it happens! I was expecting something more like this: http://i305.photobucket.com/albums/.....60869treat.jpg
