LMAO I'm Spanish and I've always wanted to tell you what la puta means but I didn't do it because I thought it would probably offend you or something like that.

Honestly, the pronunciation of Laputa from castle in the sky (looove miyazaki films ^^) and La puta are different >.> and just because a word means something in one language that's different in another, it's sad that everyone's minds jumped immediately to the negative connotation. Kinda like trying to sell a Nova in Mexico. -_-
I for one like the idea of a dragon named after a mythical floating city ^^
But whatever goes in society, I guess :)

Yeah! I did name her after that movie, however Laputa is spanish for whore, which I did not know. Lots of people were calling my character that and I just didn't want my angel dragon associated with that name!
