Picture Description: Sheela and Flo were off on one of their adventures in a particularly unsafe part of some far off galaxy full of all sorts of traps. Lo and behold, there was a floating glowing cog as they trotted along and Sheela was drawn to it, as Flo continued walking. He turned around to catch a glimpse of her walking towards the object, quirking a brow as he followed her and urged her to not be curious as she always was, and of course she didn't listen. As her hands reached for it, the cog began to glow brighter. And as Flo turned to run away...

This is practice for several things. Originally this was going to be a cellshade but instead I decided to try out a new painting style, loosely inspired by some of
TehSean's art. I watched their OC sessions and I was blown away by some people's techniques and this is what came out when i was practicing them.
I'm either going to recolor it with an expression change for Sheela or redraw her upper body for the next picture, and then a last one where they're fully turned to stone.

This is a really awesome picture. O.O I really love the level of detail you put into it - an it really showes! The whole picture is very awesome, especially how the light bounces off her fur - it looks so dang cool! Of course, her suit looks really cool as well, even if not so very protective on some parts (but conciderably more sexy this way. :P) - The 'tube' style of it gives it the feeling of thouse old spacesuits and moonboots people where wearing in Alien-Movies in the 50s or in early StarTrek Movies... Thinking about it - wouldn't Spok's "Bathrobe" fit her awesomely? :P (see reference here: http://www.geocities.com/selek3/Spo.....r_pan_robe.JPG I mean, c'mon, isn't that awesomely spacy-looking? ^^)
And of course, her body form is awesome once again - I love the Lombax fur pattern as always and her wide hips show neatly in the suit, which is a really awesome thing. Also, I love the way the tail goes there. :P All in all, this is a great picture, and I love it! *fav* :D
