Well I'm done with neon so yeah I'll make his prized weapon soon as possible. I still don't have a power for him and I I'm kinda going back and forward with his background so yeah I need time to think.... But I'm happy that I have my four characters done so I'll try to make a story with these four characters and it will begin with him. Hope your excited :3 because I am.
