A beast that always comes out in the light of the fullmoon. Also known as the "The ruller of the moon light". Greatly ravenous and powerful, very few can stand in the way of it's might. And to make matters worst, almost any being can become a Cruelmoon.
It's true, just about any monster who has there special ability "lycan" can become a Cruelmoon, and if they know the technique "Fullmoon" you can unleash them.
