Got home and took a good look at the paypal stuff - turns out the copy-pasted paypal address had a typo in it! :D It was just trying to send to a non-existant account.
I canceled the transaction and now i gotta wait until it returns the money, because it was in part from my bank account.. It'll take a day or two, and then I'll re-send it :3
