Ooh, much improved. I think the faster tempo helped quite a bit, and generally spicing up the rhythm section. The transitions are better too.
Think it shoulda ended at 3:10. I know it's a classic move to repeat the completely stripped down section twice over, but feels like it would have made a cleaner break at 3:10. I blame the slight pause.
On the other hand, this could be one of your best songs yet. Greatly enjoyed it, and glad to see you're putting up music again. Speaking of which, would love to see a remake to Corrosion, but that's just me.
