013 Mareep - GRASS/DARK - Drought
This one was weird, dark+drought especially is very weird… I wanted to make it like a dark creature covered in plants, especially because it got “reflect type” later, so I made it vines and cotton covered wolf, because it works with “wolf in sheep’s clothing”
