Age: Over 200 years old due to his radiation adaption
He is the controller of Vault 67 which experimented with the Deathclaws into what ever the vault was equipped with. With Charles's egg, radiation seeped into the system through an airshaft which was closed shortly after but not after leaving its mark on the egg. Making it glow at night but it gave Charles's the ability not to die from older age, he also has regeneration powers. He decided to go with the Gentleman theme, seeming that it suited him well above the normal deathclaws but he slaughtered the humans in the vault. His favorite humans were having their brains removed and placed in Deathclaw shells of bodies. These Deathclaws made up his pack.
