He has a lovely singing voice. So much so that the seabirds tend to his daily grooming and general welfare, all in the hopes of catching a single lofty note on the breeze, or feel the rumbling of his dreaming murmurs in their little birdy hearts. He is an orcish sphinx, and though this wild beast may frighten children of the local village, the birds know the true content of his character shines through his voice. Also, he loves kippers on toast.

I actually had a feeling you might like him. If your art is any indicator, you have a tendency toward lumpy-licious beasties, so lovely! Definitely part of why I started exploring lumpy beasts!

He looks so majestic, with his lovely singing voice ringing out over the waves, unintentionally luring sailors to crash upon the sandbank. Luckily it doesn't do much damage to their fishing boats. Occasionally their nets of fish spill out onto the beach though, leaving a delightful feast for Sphorc and his loving seagull fans.

Anyways, yes! I thought of those dastardly side-effects. Except I imagine bludering folks crashing onto rocky shores and blaming a perfectly innocent creatre for their oversight. But your version sounds much more optimistic! Either way, free fish, huzzah! No wonder the gulls like him!

I am still waiting for it show-up, but sometimes it seems PayPal is slow to update. I'll check it again in an hour or so and let you know. You can also check your payment history. If the transaction is listed there, I'm sure it will be fine. Maybe document the transaction id number, just in case you need to contact PayPal.
Don't stress it. If you need the reassurance, go ahead and contact PayPal. At least to have it on record, and so they can let you know everything will be ok. :) I can hold the design for you while things get sorted. But I honestly doubt the funds just vanished forever. It wouldn't be in PayPal's best interest for that to happen.
