Arctic Blizzard is one of the fluffy Windchill Keh'kitteh. He's a pretty typical Keh'kitteh, nothing terribly noteworthy. He's a good friend, and a good cell. In the company of the wrong influences he can sometimes end up in border quarrels, usually thanks to Ice. He is somewhat friends with the apprentice medic, but they have also had various fights with each other from time to time. Most of Windchill would consider Blizzard to be a 'good Keh'kitteh.'
