Villain concept for a game board that I was tasked for make for one of my college classes.

From out of the depths of the ocean comes the diplomatic ambassador and Queen Warlord of the leviathans, who have kept themselves hidden from the surface world for hundreds of years. Now that she has risen to power with the death of the previous matriarch, Lady Leviathan has chosen to bring her people to the surface and to create a connection with those on land to establish trades and cultural harmony. Unbeknownst to her, however, the integration process is slow and problematic and humans are not too receptive to strange, alien-looking creatures that suddenly appear and wish to integrate into their lives. Over the years the racist comments and discourse slowly accelerated into terroristic attacks, prompting action from the citizens of both sides. When a refugee shelter for leviathan children was attacked, Lady Leviathan's last nerve was severed and she hid her citizens away in the oceans once more, exposing only herself to the humans in her guarantee that their impudence would be their downfall ans she their ultimate judge, jury and executioner.
