Pretty sure I don't have to say I'm still experimenting with characters at this point.

What's a modern fantasy city with lots of food waste and limited space supposed to do? Instead of burying it in hideous landfills, why not feed it all to your gluttonous neighborhood dragon?

Apple cores? No problem. Bread that's gotten a bit tough? Perfectly fine. Half a pot of noodles that have gotten a little sticky? No worries. Nothing's too hard or soft or squishy or firm for this big guy. Either he has a dulled sense of taste or everything tastes like cake to him. Either way he'll gladly devour any foods you push his way. He must have an iron stomach because he has yet to get an upset stomach or illness of any kind despite his belly having grown so large bis back legs don't reach the ground anymore.

Some people may question the ethics of the situation, but he's perfectly happy with the arrangement. Plus having a bloated dragon outside your city is arguably a much better looking alternative to a big trash dump.

(I'm pretty sure the anatomy is wrong in 1000 ways, but I still kind of like how it turned out. )
