Villain concept for a game board that I was tasked for make for one of my college classes.

Hands of Fate is a magic user who draws upon the energies of restless souls to do her bidding. These souls are so lost in what they were or what they were meant to do that they are perpetually seeking guidance, purpose and tasks to fulfill. Often times people will detect their presence when objects are mysteriously moved around in their home, confusing this for the conscious activity of ghosts. The Hands of Fate taps into this potential and gives these restless souls exactly what they want--effectively, something to do--and the conscious-less entities serve her better than any human or animal ever could. She seeks fame and riches to make up for her troubled upbringing and poor family life during her childhood. The world, after turning its back on her, will never again be able to escape her grasp.
