FC '16 #42: More dancing... (Need ID.)

For them these fursuiters are going for the home stretch. If you follow the order of photos, this is the penultimate photo of FC '16 for Thursday's dance. These two look like canids, and I will guess that I know the one on the right, who would be from the California area. For them, the one thing in common is that they are blue somewhere- no not by feeling sad, they have the blue on one, fur, the other, in eyes... (and I do mean the fursuits, not the jeans...)
Thanks to a goos soul I know one, help me in ID'ing the other!
