I wasn't to happy with the original Polar Bear Design, so I doodled up some redesigns for him.
Also gave him a name, Ivan Ponorovsky
Oh, and because of some comments on the Panda Bear drawing, I've decided that each Bear is an element. Grizzly is Fire, Polar Bear is Air, Black Bear is Water, and Panda is Earth.
PS Sorry for the terrible background.

I like magic, snow and ice are my favorite elements, and if I was the typical comment maker whom sees only those points as worth it, but I feel I must say a couple other things, the main focus of the picture is well drawn with some obvious work into it, but the background and the magic itself seem to be a tiny bit...bland, the magic is very good, don't get me wrong, it just seems a little...simple when compared to the main focus of the picture. The background is also a little flat, a lot of work was put into shading the protagonist, but the trees don't have the same amount of detail applied to it, in fact, lighting and some of the layers look a little off as well, as the magic looks behind the magic and the source of light is coming from the left, not from the magic itself, it's something to watch over.
Alright, for the magic, it's quite easy, notice where the hand is overlaying the magic and simple change it so that the magic is over the hand, or take the entire orb and make it its own layer[if you're using digital art :P], which can easily be done by using the cut function[copy+delete] after separating the main orb from the "tail", as for the light, pretend the orb is a miniature sun and base the lighting from that.
