Yet another character experiment. I seriously love honey pot ants. I know this idea has been done 1000 times, but I had to make one of my own. I simplified his anatomy because I'm lazy, but I may experiment with making him more "section-y".

Workaholic would be an understatement for this guy. He works at an organic food store, and would gladly do double shifts everyday if his co-workers didn't force him to go home. He puts so much time and effort towards his job that he tend to neglect his "condition"

Unlike other honey pot ants, his abdomen actually constantly produces and stores honey internally. If he allows it to go on for too long it'll eventually reach a certain capacity and then begin to drain into his belly. It'll even begin to leak out of his navel at some point (I like puffy, leaky navels if it isn't obvious by now).

Here he can be seen just waking up from a nap one of his coworkers send him home to take (he doesn't sleep much). The production rate of his honey varies a great deal, and it's impossible to predict. It seems that while he was asleep it kicked into overdrive. It was [i]probably[/] a bad idea to sleep in his uniform.

Fun fact: That "stinger" on his tail is actually soft and fleshy; somewhat like a firm cow teat. Similarly, it can also be "milked" to drain the excess honey. The fact that he needs help with it after it swells to a certain point is extremely embarrassing for him, but at least the store has a never-ending supply of organic honey.
