Coming down on the final three bags, Bag #13, and the final bag for February, is Jessica Spotrunner for another good friend of mine, 
DAVECARTOONS. His lovely cheetah TUFF Puppy OC is... quite the grump, isn't she? Well, make that four in a row, now. However the reason why she's grumpy is because... uh... well, I haven't followed up on the last time I drew her and she... she just needs to get laid, alright. :B

Oh, didn't know. It was always on CN whenever I turned it on so I thought this was one of those never-ending cartoons like Johnny Test or Fairy oddparents that just never gets cancelled.
You ever saw Kung Fu Dino Posse? I swear it must have had the same animators as TUFF Puppy... similar style, just with anthro dinos. As bad as it was, it did have some female characters worth noting.
