In order to successfully hunt down and devour Samantha, Chris Needs to pick where he is going to get her. He narrowed it down to two options:
The library, or the City Manager's Office.
Samantha is the city manager of Pardle, requiring her to work on city affairs in her office until a certain time. After work, Sam often reads at the local library which is coincidentally run by Chris's recently met friend Naomi. Chris could either go to Sam's office and eat her during her work hours, or he could wait until she was off duty at the library. Both of these options have their advantages and disadvantages.
The library:
+ Chris knows the owner, the could probably use that connection to his advantage.
+ Samanatha would be visiting the library after work hours, meaning she would be relaxed, not expecting disturbances, and most importantly, not surrounded by the protection or regulations an official city building has.
- Chris would have to be quiet. Something He learned right away when meeting Naomi, is that she takes the quiet nature of a library very seriously. He's seen many patrons of the library end up in a dog's stomach because they were too loud.
- A library is a public building. Anyone could wander in at any time for any reason. Although libraries are not exactly the most popular of places, they are public and open.
The City Manager's Office:
+ Samantha Has her own private office. This means that eating her and digesting her would be incredibly easy to do unnoticed. You need an appointment to get in, but once you do get in, it's just you and her.
+ You can make as much noise as you'd like! There is no reason to be quiet like you would have to in a library. Stealth is always an option, but muffled screams or pleas for help from a wriggling gut wouldn't stick out as much in a comfy office.
- It's an official building, so you have to follow the rules. You don't have an appointment? You dont fill out the forms? You don't get in. There isn't any super high security, but the rules will be enforced best they can. if you dont want to stick out like a macro in a micro's house, better follow the rules.
- Samantha will be on duty, with her professional self active, meaning she will be expecting visitors, appointments, complaints and official businesses. If you just barge in with a growling gut, she probably won't react well to that. She IS magic you know.

I typically leave it up for 24 hours, whether I can draw the next one immediately thereafter or not. Figure it's the best way for a quick turnaround while still giving the opportunity for every time zone to vote.
If you don't need a quick turnaround, you can go longer, of course. Up to you. But it is best to have a defined closing time. :3

Hmm, I voted for the library. Sure, the fact you need to eat her quietly is difficult, but a budding predator could use all the help he needs for his first victim, so doing the thing with Naomi's help is probably the best bet.

Library all the way. With the connections Chris has there, he might be able to sneak into one of those private rooms.
But I get this feeling that our little budding predfox might end there. After all, cute dog girl running a library, nomming the noisy people, Chris doesn't stand a chance. 8D

Hm, I think I choose the library, because it is the time when she is the most relaxed and calm.
Plus, depending on that he knows about the libraries rules about being quiet and that he
knows the owner, so does that end up with him having a lot more experience in how to act
around there. After all, a library is a library and even if the whole, "You have to be quiet in
there!", rule could end up being a problem, so does it still seem less dangerous than her
office. x3

I'm going library. The office would be too difficult to get around to her side of the desk without her getting suspicious, and waiting for the right moment means you'd have to plan out a topic that you could use to keep her from realizing something's off. The library's easier to get to her, and you can carry her to a spot hidden from the public.
